Why did they receive a 5-star review? I'll tell you why. It starts with word of mouth from friends who have already been introduced to the new company. But let's take a step back. I've worked with small startups or big well-known companies when it comes to videography. Each company has different perspectives towards their communication and respectfulness but NOT FIKA! I've never worked with a company that has been the utmost respectful but also the communication between one another was phenomenal and professional. When it comes to brand the idea it stands behind is also amazing. Mental health is a VERY big issue everywhere and for this company to help battle this which most companies won't it says something.
